This is a very simple direct mail kit. If you tend to have direct mail kits that are branded and, or filled with colors, this is a great test option to break the mold.

This kit features an almost completely plain envelope. The inside elements are what show through the windows of the envelope. You’ll also notice a very “bill-like” copy feature in red that shows “Detach & Return Bottom Portion”.

With your next direct mail test, it would be a great option to add red copy showing through a window. Red typically means urgent, and with carefully chosen copy, could all lead to more open and response rates.
